RivenRock exists to create experiences where passion, purpose and execution come together. Customers will never love us unless our employees love us first. Founded on a vision for a better future, RivenRock invests an extraordinary amount of time and resources into understanding the strengths and weakness of the workforce in each market we serve. At RivenRock Staffing we differentiate ourselves through focus on partnership and unparalleled service to our clients by providing specific training, coaching and mentoring to our associates that bridge the gap between weakness and skilled-ability to perform, execute and deliver results that exceed our client’s expectations.

Family first seems to be a great marketing tool for recruiting the best of the best talent. At RivenRock, we believe that it is our associates and clients that allow us to provide for our families. Therefore it is our belief that our first family is our associates, our second family is our clients and our third is our immediate families. After all, our families are part of the mission too!

RivenRock Staffing’s mission is to provide you with the best overall staffing experience you have ever received. Every person that walks through our door is not just another body we can throw on assignment. They are someone’s son, grandmother, sister or uncle. That is how my staff and I view everyone we interview. I ask myself “How would I want my son to be treated?” I will never forget the day the mother of one of our associates came in to talk to me. She wanted to thank me for giving her son a chance and for showing him kindness when he was having a hard time. We had made a difference in someone’s life. Mission accomplished!
